What's one thing you know you can do to help you be a strong, healthy athlete?
Why is it unhealthy to compare yourself to images you might see?
Ways to Practice:
Come up with one thing you like about your body and one thing you like about yourself that isn't physical.
Try to notice when you see unrealistic images of women. Can you keep from comparing yourself to them?
